Delete your account

You can delete your WellValet account and all personal data associated with it at any time. There are two options available — Option 1 (in-app) is immediate.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (Immediate)

Open WellValet on your mobile device and sign in.

Go to the Profile tab in the app navigation.

Scroll down to Delete Account at the bottom.

Confirm twice. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in directly on your device.

Please send the deletion request from the registered email address of your WellValet account so our automated system can verify your ownership.

Timeline & Retention

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email deletion requests are verified and actioned within 30 days. All associated personal data is completely purged or anonymized within 90 days, conforming to Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

🚨 Important Note on Subscriptions: Deleting your WellValet account does NOT automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription first via Apple or Google settings:
